Product description
Overhead insulated cables with rated voltage of 1 kV are suitable for 1 kV and below overhead power lines, and can be used as fixed laying or service wire. Soft conductor copper core wire can also be used as transformer down lead.
With the increase of urban buildings and population density, many problems have been exposed in urban medium and low voltage bare line power supply, mainly manifested in There is not enough margin between buildings and overhead lines In shaded streets or green areas, overhead bare lines are prone to problems In thunderstorm and typhoon season, short circuit and electric shock accidents often occur In the area where low-voltage, medium-voltage and high-voltage overhead transmission lines meet, it is necessary to increase the pole height and widen the spacing, so as to increase the laying cost.
Overhead cables with insulation shall be used because they have obvious advantages in power supply system The cross arm distance can be shortened, the distance between conductors can be reduced, the inductance of overhead lines is smaller than that of the original system, and the voltage drop per unit length is reduced Other kinds of wires or telephone lines can be erected on the same pole when available, so that there is no need to repair a large number of trees, short circuit and electric shock accidents caused by typhoon, rainstorm and fallen trees will not occur, and the repair and maintenance costs are correspondingly reduced.It has high flexibility, can be used after being dismantled, and has lower cost than burying.

Usage characteristics
Long-term allowable working temperature of cable conductor
The long-term allowable working temperature of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation and polyethylene (PE) insulation shall not exceed 70°C
The long-term allowable working temperature of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation shall not exceed 90°C
The long-term allowable working temperature of high density polyethylene (HDPE) insulation shall not exceed 75°C
In case of short circuit (the longest duration shall not exceed 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of cable conductor shall not exceed
PVC insulated overhead cable:160℃
Polyethylene insulated overhead cable:130℃
The long-term allowable working temperature:250℃
High density polyethylene (HDPE) insulation of XLPE insulated overhead cable shall not exceed 150°C
Ambient temperature of laying
The ambient temperature of cable laying shall not be lower than -20°C
Allowable bending radius of cable
(1) Rated voltage 0.6/1 KV cable
If the outer diameter of cable is less than 25 mm, the allowable bending radius of cable shall not be less than 4D
If the outer diameter D of the cable is 25 mm or more, the allowable bending radius of cable shall not be less than 6D
(2) Cable with rated voltage U (Um) of 10 (12) kV
The allowable bending radius of single core cable shall not be less than 20 (D + d)
The allowable bending radius of multi-core cable shall not be less than 15 (D + d)
Where: D - the actual outer diameter (mm) of the cable; d - the actual outside diameter (mm) of the cable conductor.
The rated voltage is 1 kV. When the cable is used in an AC system, the rated voltage of the cable shall be at least equal to the rated voltage of the system. When the cable is used in a DC system, the rated voltage of the system shall not exceed 1.5 times the rated voltage of the cable. The working voltage of the system shall not be greater than 1.1 times the rated voltage of the system.
