Product description

Product use

It is suitable for the power supply system of subway, light rail, airport, high-rise buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, schools and other crowded public places, and is used for the electrical connection of electrical appliances, instruments, electronic equipment and control signals of automation devices with AC rated voltage of 450 V/750 V and below.

Implementation standards

JB/T 10491-2004 Cross-linked Polyolefin Insulated Wires and Cables with Rated Voltages Up to and Including 450/750 V

GB 31247-2014 Classification for Burning Behavior of Electric and Optical Cables

GB/T 19666-2019 Flame Retardant and Fire Resistant Wires and Cables

Usage characteristics

The long-term working temperature of the conductor is 90°C.

The maximum temperature of cable conductor shall not exceed 250°C during short circuit (the maximum short circuit time shall not exceed 5 S).

Cable laying temperature shall not be lower than 0°C. When laying below 0°C, preheating treatment shall be carried out first.

The bending radius of cable is: For single-core cable, ≥ 8D, for multi-core cable, ≥ 10D. Where: D is the outer diameter of cable (mm).

Technical characteristics of cable

Cable has outstanding halogen-free, low-smoke, flame retardant, non-toxic and environmental protection characteristics, and is a new generation of cable products.

The combustion performance of the finished cable meets the B1 flame retardant requirements in GB 31247, and the toxicity and corrosiveness of combustion droplets and flue gas meet the B1 classification requirements.

The refractory performance of refractory cables meets the requirements of line integrity test specified in GB/T 19666.

The outer sheath material is special B1 low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin material. When the cable burns, there is no halogen acid gas, and the release of toxic and corrosive gas is very small.
