XLPE insulated flame retardant control cable has the function of preventing fire from spreading in cable circuit, which can avoid the expansion of fire accidents and reduce losses.

The characteristic of XLPE insulated fire-resistant control cable is that it can ensure the normal operation of the cable line within a certain period of time under the condition of combustion, so as to facilitate the evacuation of people and rescue of important facilities.

Rated voltage

The rated voltage of cable U0/U is 450/750 V

Rated working temperature of conductor

The maximum rated working temperature of cable conductor is 90°C

The maximum temperature of cable conductor shall not exceed 250°C in case of short circuit (the longest duration shall not exceed 5 s)

Ambient temperature of laying

The ambient temperature of cable laying shall not be lower than 0°C, otherwise preheating in advance is needed

Installation bending radius

The installation bending radius of cable without armored layer shall not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable

The installation bending radius of cable with armored layer or copper strip shielding structure shall not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable

The installation bending radius of flexible cable with shielded layer structure shall not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable

Main technical performance of products

There are three types of conductive wire cores: The first (A) and the second (B) are suitable for fixed laying (the first is solid conductor and the second is twisted conductor); and the third (R) is stranded soft conductor, which is suitable for flexible cables with mobile requirements

Conductor structure and DC resistance shall comply with Appendix A

Insulated wire core can be identified by color mark or digital mark

The insulated wire core shall be subjected to power frequency spark test, and the effective value of the test voltage is 6 kV

The cable can withstand the withstand voltage test of 50 HZ, 3000 V and 5 mins of AC

The bundle flame retardant, fire-resistant and halogen-free low-smoke flame retardant performance shall comply with Appendix B
