Electrical performance:

The DC resistance of conductor at 20°C meets the requirements of GB/T3956-2008.

AC voltage test: The cable is applied with a voltage of 3.5 kV for 5 minutes without breakdown.

Usage characteristics:

It can be used for the reconstruction of fire-fighting lines without intermediate joints. The cable structure is flexible and easy to bend. The cable does not need a special terminal, so that you do not worry about accessories. It is suitable for various laying methods, and general electrical personnel can lay cables according to conventional laying methods.

Multi-core cable of 300 mm2 can be produced, which overcomes the shortage that only single-core cable can be produced for rigid fireproof cable BTTZ above 25 mm2.

Without metal armor and metal sheath, the structure is similar to that of ordinary cable, and the bending performance is good.

Fire resistance test: The fire resistance (NS) of the finished cable shall be subjected to fire supply plus mechanical impact and water spray specified in GB/T 19666-2019, the test requirements and test methods shall meet the requirements in Table 6 of GB/T 19666-2019, and the fire supply temperature shall be 950 ± 40°C.

The insulation resistance at 20°C shall not be less than 100 MΩ·km, the cable length shall be less than 100 m, and the insulation resistance value of the cable shall not be less than 1,000 MΩ.

Environmental protection performance: Bromine and chlorine content (expressed as hydrogen chloride) ≤ 0.5%, pH ≥ 4.3, and conductivity ≤ 10 μS/mm;

Smoke density: Smoke density test shall be carried out according to GB/T19666, and the minimum light transmittance shall not be less than 60%.

Laying temperature: Cable laying is not recommended when the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C, otherwise heating measures shall be taken.

Lifting and storage of cables

During transportation, cables and cable reels shall not be damaged. It is strictly forbidden to push the cable reels directly from the vehicle. Cable reels shall not be transported horizontally, but stored horizontally.

It is prohibited to drop the cable reel or coil containing the cable from a height. During transportation, the cable reel must be stabilized and fixed by appropriate means to prevent collision or overturning.

Before transporting or rolling the cable reel, the cable reel must be firm and the cable must be tightly wound. Rolling must follow the arrow on the cable reel or the winding direction of the cable.

Cables shall be stored centrally and classified, and shall be marked with model, voltage, specification and length. No water accumulation shall be allowed in the cable storage place.

During the storage of cables, the cable reel and packaging shall be completed, the signs shall be complete, and the ends shall be tightly sealed. Any defects shall be handled in time.

Installation and laying of cables

During cable setting-out, the tension shall be uniform, to avoid accidents caused by cracking and twisting of insulated wire core due to distortion of cable.

When cable heads are made, special tools shall be used in strict accordance with the national electric power construction specifications.

Once mechanical damage is found during the installation of cable, if conditions permit, please check the cable accordingly to confirm whether the insulation of the cable is damaged.

Before cable laying, check the cable according to the following requirements:

Cable model, specification and voltage shall conform to the design.

The appearance of the cable shall be undamaged and well insulated, and the cable shall pass the test.

According to the design and actual path, the length of each cable shall be calculated, each cable reel shall be arranged reasonably, and cable joints shall be reduced.

Reliable measures shall be taken to install and lay cables in live areas.
